- Search Results -

The Search Results page displays available contract fuel prices at the selected destinations, as well as special retail pricing provided by participating FBOs. The display is the same for FastFuel^TM and SmartFuel^TM searches.  If not a stand-alone, Full-Service Approved Customer of JFS, JFS pricing is displayed in conjunction with your company's contract pricing. An anticipated upload quantity is selected, and results are displayed, ordered by price. Ordering fuel is as easy as checking the boxes and clicking on the submit button!

- Placing Orders -

After selecting your fuel choice at each airport, you are directed to the Order page. The Order page displays the contract fuel choice(s) and provides the opportunity to indicate an arrival time, and/or send a note to each fuel vendor. Orders are sent upon submission of this page. Copies of fuel order e-mails are sent to your e-mail address, and may be sent to multiple user-selected addresses.

- En Route Options -

Find the smartest fuel options along the route of flight when an en route fuel stop is required, or when operational flexibility permits. Options are displayed in price-sorted order. The same easy-to-use "check and click" ordering is available.

- Destination "Halo" Options -

Exploit potential fuel cost savings at airports near the selected destination, via the "Destination Halo Search" utility when operational flexibility permits.  The "Halo" search radius is user selectable.

- Optimizer Results -

The Optimizer Results page presents a mathematically optimized fuel upload schedule as a tankering solution. The JFS program accounts for fuel cost, conditional ramp fees, cost-to-tanker, and other considerations, then provides a suggested fuel upload schedule for each stop. Tankering opportunities are clearly noted, and a quantified savings summary is presented.

A typical elapsed time from start to finish can be less than 2 minutes! This includes:

2. Finding your best fuel options
3. Placing all fuel orders for a multi-leg trip, and.....
4. Calculating your tankering solution.

The Data Uploader page is an easy-to-use interface for uploading your company's fuel pricing data. Prepare your spreadsheets through a step-by-step guide to ensure 'readability' and compatibility, and send the files to our server. Our program does the rest!

Of course if you are a full-service customer of JFS, you avoid the hassle of weekly pricing e-mails and uploading. You avoid the hassle of multiple invoices from multiple vendors.

Additionally, we provide the added benefit of auditing actual purchase prices, helping to eliminate the 'more-frequent-than-you-may-realize' errors which somehow never seem to be in your favor.
